If I were to ask you where will you spend eternity? What would your answer be?
"I hope..in heaven. I hope." ?
"I am not sure." ?
The Bible says that you can know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you can have eternal life. "These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God." IJohn 5:13. Eternal life is a gift offered to all who call on Christ, believing that God has raised Him from the dead. Rom 10:9-13 " 9That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.11For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. 12For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. 13For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Asking God to save you is a simple thing.
A-- Admit to God that you have sinned and repent of it "For all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God." Rom 3:23
B-- Believe that Christ died for your sin and that God has raised Him from the dead. Rom 10:9
C-- Call on Him to save you Rom 10:13
Please take time to be sure of where you will spend eternity. If you have already accepted Christ as your saviour, Great! You should become a member of a Bible Believing/ preaching church. If you have not accepted Him, and would like to you can simply pray to God saying words such as these: "Dear God, I know I am a sinner and destined for Hell. I also know that my sin is what keeps me from heaven. I am sorry for my sin and I thank you for sending your Son to die on the Cross and shed His blood to provide a way for me to be with you. Please forgive my sin and come into my heart and save me." IN Jesus' name Amen.
